COVID-19 SHIPPING INFO UPDATE
With significant measures being taken across the country to combat the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want to reassure all our customers that Pee Records remains fully operational during government restrictions on non-essential activity, and will remain open for as long as Australia Post continues to deliver mail and operate.
We have however been forced to implement a slight change to our frequency of mail outs to reduce our visits to the Post Office. This means our usual mailing days have been reduced from 2 – 3 days per week, to once a week. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience to anyone wanting their package as soon as possible, but we all need to play our part in helping stop the spread of this disease.
Australia Post has also announced that they are experiencing international delivery delays due to the coronavirus COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible, however, due to the ever-changing situation delays may occur in all destination countries. It is also likely during the evolving COVID-19 pandemic that some Australia Post deliveries, including delivery of Express Post articles will be delayed. Australia Post has stated this week that this is not the case at present and that they will be working as hard as they can with our delivery partners to help ensure Express Post articles are delivered as soon as possible. We will keep you updated should any of this change.
