COVID-19 SHIPPING INFO UPDATE II

With significant measures being taken across the country to combat the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want to reassure all our customers that PEE RECORDS remains fully operational during government restrictions on non-essential activity, and will remain open for as long as Australia Post continues to deliver mail and operate.
We have however been forced to implement a slight change to our frequency of mail outs to reduce our visits to the Post Office. This means our usual mailing days have been reduced from 2 – 3 days per week, to once a week. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience to anyone wanting their package as soon as possible, but we all need to play our part in helping stop the spread of this disease.

Australia Post has also announced today that they are experiencing international delivery delays due to the coronavirus COVID-19, and are suspending its “Economy Air” international delivery service for parcels to all countries effective 3 April and until further notice. Unfortunately this includes international large letter post, which we use to ship CDs and 7″ EPs. Standard Air Mail (which includes tracking # and email notification) is still available, although dearer. For a full list of destination countries experiencing international delivery delays please visit the Australia Post website here.

A huge thanks to all our awesome customers for continuing to place orders and support us and our bands, and thank you all for your patience and understanding. Be safe!

Australia Post has also announced that they are experiencing international delivery delays due to the coronavirus COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible, however, due to the ever-changing situation delays may occur in all destination countries. For a full list of destination countries experiencing international delivery delays please visit the Australia Post site here.

It is also likely during the evolving COVID-19 pandemic that some Australia Post deliveries, including delivery of Express Post articles will be delayed. Australia Post has stated this week that this is not the case at present and that they will be working as hard as they can with our delivery partners to help ensure Express Post articles are delivered as soon as possible. We will keep you updated should any of this change.

A huge thanks to all our awesome customers for continuing to place orders and support us and our bands, and thank you all for your patience and understanding.
We wish all of you and your families good health throughout the coming days as we all weather through these very trying times together. Be Safe!

HIGHTIME PRE-ORDERS NOW AVAILABLE!

We’re stoked to announce that pre-orders for the new HIGHTIME EP “Thrive” are available on our Pee Records webstore now!
After a decade of creating music together, Hightime have managed to develop a sound that seamlessly winds it way through various genres, straying from the path and belief that a band needs only one style to survive.

‘Thrive’ is a record that encourages perspective, growth, determination, honesty and agency within everyone’s lives to ensure we are all living as best we can, for both ourselves and the world around us. Living your life whilst finding joy and fulfilment can be really difficult sometimes, and there is hope that Thrive can do for others what it has done for Hightime, to nurture and encourage positive growth and grounding perspective.
Featuring the upbeat surf-rock tinged ‘Quit Ya Job’, a song written to encourage people towards embracing what makes them happy, then later venturing to the sweet soulful sounds of ‘Say What You Mean’; a sobering look at how important it is to be honest with yourself and others, whilst taking only what we need, not just from people, but also from an environmental perspective. The EP’s first single ‘Quit Ya Job’ premiered on Triple J’s Short.Fast.Loud on Wednesday night and is the grat track with all pre-orders.
Thrive is Hightime’s coming of age record; a story about reconnecting with yourself, others, and the earth we all live upon.

The Limited Edition EP will be available on Transparent ‘Reign In Blood’ Red vinyl with our good mates at Lockjaw Records (UK) distributing a bunch of records for all our EU friends!
With “Thrive” in stores nationally on Friday 27 March on Digital and 7″ EP, be the first to place your pre-order here today!
