The Decline are a fast melodic punk quartet from Perth, Western Australia, who’s signature punk sound and social awareness delves deeper into the evolution of relationships and the life of a touring band on their 2011 album “Are You Gonna Eat That?”. Drawing their influences from such bands as Frenzal Rhomb, Lagwagon, Less Than Jake and many more of the 90s skate punk bands, The Decline have been touring consistently around Australia cementing themselves in the Aussie music scene for years. Their 2014 EP “Can I Borrow A Feeling?” comes after spending the last few years since the release of their album touring Australia, Japan and Europe playing as many shows in as many places as possible. Formidable Perth punk rockers returned a year later rejuvenated and revitalised with the release of their third LP “Resister”. The result is an album that pays homage to their 90s skatepunk forefathers whilst showcasing a new mature sound that saw the band go on to tour the U.S and all the major capitals of Australia.
2017 saw the band enter the studio and record two new tracks for their split 7″ with label mates and good friends Local Resident Failure.
